No, I don't disagree at all. This change can and should wait until
there's unstable development again (i.e. when HEAD is free for unstable
development again), in my opinion.
I personally often report bugs directly when I encounter the problems,
also during freezes -- that doesn't imply that I suggest they be fixed
immediately and should break the freezes. More often than not, that is
not the case at all.
