While it is a bugfix, it's more than just that--it's a bug exchange
UI-wise overall, and for libwnck in particular it'd break feature
freeze as it adds tracking of the relief of the buttons and the
ability for apps to set it.  At least, that was my view (it is
somewhat similar to JP's email from a while back when he couldn't tell
whether some changes were just bugfix or if they broke feature
freeze...and this to me looked similar).  Maybe I was wrong again,
though, and I didn't need to tell Ryan it'd need release team
approval...
