RPM for PyGobject2 for Python 3.6

Hello Experts,

I have two questions.

First:

I am looking for official (built by official developers) RPM of PyGobject2 package for Python 3.6. I tried searching internet but didn't find any. 

Please provide a location for that if there is any.

Second:

My Python 3.6 script uses PyGobject2 package for event loop only. Is there any easy to use/ drop in alternative for that ?
