Python 3 is obviously for high level 'programming'

the GTK libraries are intended for real computers, not phones (this is what I have learned from those who use newer social networking - ex. Vala programmers)

 

CSS is used just for phones right now because it ultimately requires a server system

 

Try not to get confused about the console and low-level techniques if you're using GObject

it is designed to make the user comfortable with the speed of the desktop graphics

 

remember - it always possible to use Python 2 for the low level (possibly with hashbang on Linux, though with more difficulty a type of frozen module)
