github repo for the Python GTK3 tut?

Hi,

Is [this](https://github.com/sebp/PyGObject-Tutorial) the canonical repo
for the tut at
<https://python-gtk-3-tutorial.readthedocs.org/en/latest/index.html>?

It appears that that repo has not had a commit for a number of months,
yet the date at the top of the online version says "May 29, 2013".
