Good day from Singapore,
How do I install and use Planner?
The Downloads page on the website should be fairly self-explatory but specifics will vary based on your
operating system. I just used the Ubuntu link now to install on Linux Mint 20.3 without issue.
https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Planner/Downloads
Once installed, launch and access the Help > User Guide menu item to gain a basic understanding of Planner.
For a really basic overview, use the Project menu to setup your project details, change to the resources
chart and add one or more resources (people and/or equipment), then change back to the Gantt chart to add
tasks (aka "WBS codes") using the Actions menu. Modify task properties to specify dependencies and
resources.
Good luck on your project!
Dale
