Planner-list How does the Resources Cost compute to the Task Cost?

How does the Resources Cost compute to the Task Cost in the Export To HTML? In other words, is the Resource an hourly cost that is multiplied by the Task Work time? I'm showing some unexplainable numbers in the Export To HTML file.

In the Tasks - Assigned To: How can the percentage be changed? Does this change the Resource Cost?

I was a mechanical planner for the EXXON Benicia, CA Refinery, and used a few different planning programs. This app is really good, but it lacks a report section. The Export To HTML is pretty good, but lacks a total project cost cost figure. (At least, as far as I can find.)

Be nice to have a Forum page to be able to see other posts without having to ask previously answered questions.
