Planner-list Export to xml compatible with MS Project and forms of dates

Hello
I am newer in using this great program "planner", but I have some problems, so if you could me to help, I will be very glad for it:

1) Is any way, how to export project from planner to "xml" or "mpp" file, which is compatible with Microsoft Office Project 2007 ?
2) Is any way, how to change a viewing of format of date on Gantt or Tasks to another format of dates ? For example from "Oct 6" to 10.6  or 2010.10.6 or else.
