I worked for me.
This is a workaround or same fix would to be provided in a later release?

to
 <property name="adjustment">0 0 100 10 25 0</property>


Anyone using the priority field should also change line 257 from:
 <property name="adjustment">0 0 9999 1 10 10</property>
to
 <property name="adjustment">0 0 9999 1 10 0</property>
