Planner-list Does planner files MS Project?

Hi people, forgive my poor English,
I'm from Russia. Give me please, whether the planner supports the creation
of files in MS Project? (interested version 2000/XP), able to work with
them.
I downloaded and installed in their
windows:
Gtk +2.10.3
Planner-0.14.2
It works, but MS Project files are opened
or not to import. Can this be corrected? How?!
