Planner-list ?: How to export Cost

Hello List,

the tasks have a property called COST (in German: Kosten). Thats
wonderful, because if you have a task that says

"Buy this Hardware" 
there are costs associated with that task.

Unfortunately I was not yet able to ENTER these costs :-(

Nor to report them properly. Using the "Property" feature (adding
customized properties) currently forces me to write a dedicated parser.
Does anyone know if a more generic parser for exporting a task with its
properties exist?

any hint on how to achieve that?
