The planner configure script (in 0.14.2) looks for the libpython library
by doing a find in "/". On a system with hundreds of nfs mounted
directories which may be extremely large, this approach is utterly
broken, and takes forever. Is this really necessary? Why not just look
for it in /usr/lib, and if it's not there, bail out. The user could then
be given the option of specifying a path on the configure command-line if
it's not in /usr/lib.
