This is corrected in cvs, and will be included in v0.14, which I'm
planning on releasing this weekend.

Time scale is not currently user configurable.  Though I haven't done
any experimenting, it looks like we'd run out of room for week numbers
once you zoom out past the point where the top half of the header shows
Quarters, and the bottom half shows months.
