[Planner] Rows in gantt not matching up with text lines on left

Hello,

In both Kubuntu and also Windows XP (GTK 2.8.9) I have the same problem
with Planner:

The rows in the Gantt chart are thinner than the rows in the task list. 

This has the effect of being unable to scroll to the bottom of the task
list.
