Yes, the print behavior needs some enhancement. There are a few bugs
filed already, most notably:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=129141
and
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=307635
For now the best you can do is play with the zoom in/zoom out feature in
the Gantt view and try print preview until you have it. Not the most
user friendly method for sure. It'd be nice to have a 'fit to page'
option.
