[Planner] possible improvements to Resource Usage view

Hi folks,
 would it be possible to have the Resource Usage view to show:
 1) what percentage of a resource is allocated to each task (left pane)
 2) what percentage of a resource is used at any given time (right pane)
Something like a mouse-over pop-up showing say "55%" would make the
fine-tuning of resource allocation so much more convenient...
