[Planner] No translation available for string 'Bigliography'.

Hello,

	I am not sure this is worse a bug entry. When running planner from the 
command on a debian testing system (planner is then 0.12) I got this 
message:


Use of deprecated SAXv1 function endElement
manpath: warning: $MANPATH set, inserting /etc/manpath.config
No translation available for string 'Bigliography'.



Steps to reproduce:
- run planner from cmd line
- go to 'Help'
