[Planner] libplanner-api.xml

When trying to compile planner with dotnet support on suSE 9.2, I get
the following error:
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `libplanner-api.xml', needed by
`all-am'. Stop.
I configured with
--enable-dotnet
any hints?
