[Planner] Resource allocation

Hi,

Are there any plans to implement resource levelling in planner, or at least 
provide feedback on the degree of allocation of resources? Manually 
levelling resources is not so difficult for smaller projects, but it should 
be obvious which resources are over allocated and which are not.
