Yes. What you are doing there is wrong. You are switching to the
github mirror as a source. You should use the upstream git repo at
git.gnome.org
Changed. My considerations were to reduce the load on the main repository.
On the other hand, not many people build derivations from sources anyways.
Also juste because it still uses GTK+ 2 doesn’t mean it’s an
application “for GNOME 2” so please keep the previous description. It
is a GNOME application, no need to give the wrong impression by
claiming it is for GNOME 2.
I wanted to provide more technical details, but indeed it might create a
wrong impression.
