Overtime with planner

Dear Planer Developers
I'm a Vietnamese, I use Planner for my project. But there is no function
about overtime in Planner
Example, Every day, every one work from 8am to 17pm.
I try to assign someone work from 18pm to 21pm with cost is double.
Hope developers will develop function about overtime for Planner.
