[Planner Dev] Windows: Missing files?

I got a couple of error messages when trying to load
Planner for Windows. 

The first was "The procedure entry point
libiconv_set_relocation_prefix could not be located in
iconv.dll", this error prevented the program from
loading, but could be solved by copying Inkscape
0.41's iconv.dll to the Planner directory.

The second stated that freetype6.dll could not be
found. Again after clicking "OK" planner did not load
and this was also fixed by copying freetype6.dll from
inkscape 0.41.

It now appears to work properly...
