[Planner Dev] task and hyperlink

Dear everybody,

Have you ever thought of giving a task an assignment, such as is a hyperlink, 
that could point to a file, http, or just anything. With such an option 
planner would become more integrated into actual development. Further options 
would possibly be task id assignments, etc.
