[Planner Dev] Fixed dates on tasks?

  One thing I am trying to figure out with the project planner is, can
one attach a fixed date to a task or milestone?  In particular, if you
are building a project which has external dependencies (i.e.,
deliverables from another group), you may not know anything about the
task other than the promised delivery date.  I was looking at doing this
through the use of a resource, but it wasn't obvious how this might be
done...
