It looks like you're missing the development packages.
I assume "dnf install clutter-devel" should fix this, but I'm a Debian
guy, so I might be wrong :)

I couldn't find the following packages in fedora repositories:
gio, cairo-pdf, pangocairo.  Perhaps they have been renamed.  In any
case, pinpoint documentation doesn't say much about how to source
those
packages.
