[pinpoint] Disable Transition

How do I disable transitions? I've tried [transition=none] and a couple
other 'obvious' choices, but I can't seem to figure it out. Also, is
there a manual page I'm not seeing?
Also, can I get some example usages of the [camera] property and the
ability to start pinpoint fullscreen an an external monitor?
