faster exmap

Hi there,

Just a quick note to let any exmap users know that I've re-written the
userspace GUI in C++ to reduce the memory usage and startup time.
Version 0.8 available from:

The new build requirements are listed in the faq:

I've now got a Fedora Core 4 setup to test against, so that should
hopefully work as-is. I'm afraid that 64-bit support isn't in the C++
version yet, but the perl version is still there for you for the
moment.
