My mentee Paxana Amanda Xander is in good standing and should be sent the midpoint payment.

Paxana is making progress on implementing unit conversion and human-friendly display of units for GNOME recipes. Her work-in-progress is here: https://github.com/paxblueribbon/recipes/tree/unit_convert.

We've been having regular meeting to discuss not just this work, but also related topics such as acceptable ways to display rounded units, how to display units with mixed denominations, and units that are expected for yields as opposed to ingredients. These discussion greatly benefit from Paxanas professional experience in cooking.
