I will be asking people to RSVP, but I expect 30 would definitely be enough. Could you also add the information to the event page about what system we will help people install, how they can get started installing it on their own if they want to do it ahead of time, and about common systems with which people can already get the GNOME 3 experience? I think the more of this information we have written up, the easier it will be for us to do a similar event in other places.
