OK https://github.com/cgwalters/ostree-ext/pull/3/ (re)merges the two, it compiles and unit tests at least.
A benefit too of this is that I'd already split ostree-container into a workspace with a binary and library,
but now we can more directly support a CLI like `ostree-ext {export,import}-commit` that expose the tar bits
too.
