repo-manager: a service to manage flatpak repos

I haven't really mentioned it here, but in case anyone is interested:
I'm working on a webservice that maintains an ostree repository, with
the end goal of managing the flathub repo.

The code is at:
  https://github.com/alexlarsson/repo-manager

Its a REST service that lets you create a new "build", upload refs w/
objects to that and then "commit" it, which verifies the refs and
objects and creates a test-repo you can pull from. You can then chose
to delete it or publish it (which imports the new commits to the main
repo).

Its has some flatpak specific stuff, but it might be interesting also
for people using raw ostree.
