rpm-ostree %post rofiles-fuse effort in Fedora

Hi,

I figure it'll be interesting for this list to know that
rpm-ostree git master now has pretty usable package
layering[1].  It took several prototypes and a lot longer
than I thought, but it's finally here - in an initial form.

There's work to do in the ecosystem to support
the ostree hardlink model.  I started an effort
in Fedora to do this, and you can track it here:

[1] If you want to try it now you can rebase to
