Well, now I realized the e-mail subtitle sounded like an assertion. It

So... does anyone have any idea about how to define extra kernel
parameters on deploying a tree?
With Anaconda + OSTree and kickstart, you'd use the `bootloader`
kickstart verb. For example:
https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/spin-kickstarts.git/tree/fedora-cloud-atomic.ks#n21
Now to add kernel parameters *after* installation is not currently
documented well or ergonomic, it's an issue.
