ostree v2014.3

Hi,

https://git.gnome.org/browse/ostree/tag/?id=v2014.3

This is a small release, with two themes:

1) Prune the random g_print() inside the library API
2) Add a new "ostree admin instutil" verb which has two sub-verbs:
"selinux-ensure-labeled" and "set-kargs".  Both are used by my patchset to have
  Anaconda support OSTree:
  https://www.redhat.com/archives/anaconda-devel-list/2014-March/msg00028.html

And yes, Anaconda support for OSTree!  You can install to bare metal, it's pretty exciting =)
