Odd...could something on your host have changed? privhelper-deploy-qemu
is really a simple script; can you try just running the commands by
hand?
qemu-img create mydisk.img 6G
mkfs.ext4 -q -F mydisk.img
mkdir mydisk-mnt
mount -o loop mydisk.img mydisk-mnt
