[orca-list] Test most recent KDE accessibility development

Howdy list,

as KDE Plasma 5.26 did a huge step in accessibility direction i decide 
to provide a small how to test KDE nightly on docker:

By the way, KDE is currently voting for its new goals. there are 6 goals 
in total for vote. 3 of them get voted. As accessibility is one of them, 
the chance is very height that accessibility is getting voted. special 
here testers are needed as well. thats why i provide the howto above.
