[orca-list] how to install Voxin on Ubuntu 22.04

Hello all.

I have been using Voxin on Ubuntu 20.04 but now in 22.04 I just can't 
figure out how to use it.

I have an older version 3.2 RC.

I run the install shell script and it works without errors.

But when I restart my computer, I don't see the new synthesizer in orca 
speech preferences.

If this is the old version then do I again have to pay for a newer version?

How do I get an update for Orca and speech-dispatcher?
