[orca-list] Curiosity about heading and link announcements in G docs when in focus mode

Hello there,

I have been making more and more use of G Docs over these past few days and I have a question: why is it that Orca announces when pressing control plus alt plus n and then h that there is a heading and the level of the heading, or a link and such stuff when in browse mode but not when in focus mode?

Also why aren't formatting changes, such as inserting a heading, announced when in focus mode when both screen reader and braille support are enabled?
