[orca-list] Numbered list presentation in Firefox

Hello,

Today morning I have noticed numbered lists are not presented as they 
should be with orca master and firefox nightly.

With chromium all is working great, so I expect this to be a Firefox issue.

I am attaching an example document with the single numbered list as the 
only content.

Note: by changing that numbered list to unordered list orca can present 
the list items.
