[orca-list] virt-manager problem

hello

as you can know, virt-manager currently don't grep the Orca keys.

steps to reproduce:
1. run any vm in virt-manager
2. grep the keyboard
3. try to use any orca key combination

you will sea that orca continues to capture the keys when keyboard is 
grepped.

as a result, we can't use screen reader key combinations in the guest if 
they conflicts with orca combinations, and all typed letters are spoken 
2 times: by the host Orca and by the guest screen reader.

I may disable Orca when I work in the vm, but it is inconvenient.
