I am prepared  to pull the source and compile Orca that way. My question is, is there a way to pull the  
current stable release from git? I believe it is 3.40?

Oh thanks. I didn't know that just opening a second terminal would fix it. The only way to update Orca in 
Ubuntu 21.04 is to either build a newer version like maybe git master or get a 21.10 beta, so this is good 
information.
