[orca-list] gnome soundconverter starting audio file conversion orca completely stopps responding until the pause button is pressed

hey there,

sorry for the long subject line.

basicly states what is happening.

currently running orca v 41.0 on debian sid/unstable,

and when I go to start converting audio files using gnome soundconverter
v 4.0.1

orca stopps responding completely.

the only way to get orca speaking again is to press the pause button
which makes orca function again.

sited assistence is required for the button to be located and pressed.

stepps to repro

1.
launch sound-converter
2.
add some audio files to the list
3. press the convert button.
what should happen?
sound converter should not make orca completely freeze/stop speaking
what happens?
when the convert button is pressed, orca completely freezes and no
feedback is achieveable untill the pause button is pressed
note,
this also happens when adding many audio files to the list at one time.
jobbs are set to one in the preferences box
