[orca-list] Using mate notifications with orca

Hello,
How do I use mate notifications with orca?
Is it possible to go to a notification when it's displayed or after it was hidden?
I thought that maybe there is a notification center, but I didn't find anything about that.
Also I looked at shortcuts in mate and didn't find any mention about it.
Notifications can be useful when connecting to wi-fi network. Of course I can use iwconfig or wpa_supplicant 
for that, but still how can I see notifications to be able to connect to wi-fi or seeing any other 
notification that I get?
