[orca-list] Orca and mate panel in Fedora 33

Hello,

please, could anyone confirm this behavior? It happens with Orca master 
and Mate panel 1.24.1-2.

1. Use Orca with braille display

2. Move to the panel where the network icon is located

3. Use TAB and find the network icon

Orca will display the name on the braille display, but won't announce it 
with speech.

That is a step forward, cause before there was problem with announcing 
the icon at all, but still I am not sure why it is not reading it with 
speech.
