It's actually under "keyboard shortcuts", in Hardware. Since we're
talking Ubuntu and Mint, you can hit 'windows', by itself, and start
typing. E. G. "shortcuts", and you'll land right on the thing. What's
more, you can change and add custom shortcuts, there.
