[orca-list] Raspberry Pi OS: How to obtain latest orca versions?

Hi all,
I'm using a raspberry pi 4 with the latest Raspberry pi OS installed.
I would like to update orca as the only version available in the
repository appears to be 3.34.2 which is quite old.
After using git and cloning the orca directory, I'm running into
errors using the ./autogen.sh command.  I am told that the autoconf
package is missing even though it is installed.
Does anyone have advice?  Is there a strait forward method of updating
orca without having to do extensive troubleshooting?
