[orca-list] Chrome a11y flags are still needed?

Hi,

I am full time Linux / Fedora 34 mate user now and I want to install 
Google Chrome. I selected beta channel and I have a question. Do I need 
some accessibility flags to get the best accessibility or not? I use 
cloudtalk app, it is also Chrome based app and it works without 
--force-renderer flag, but maybe Chrome can be more accessible with some 
flag.
