Howdy José,
Looks like I encountered two problems.
Thanks for testing.
The first is that even if I disable the time plugin I can still hear the current time by pressing
caps_lock+t.
The same doesn't happen if I disable the clipboard plugin.
Ah yea, i can confirm that. Well the time, date, mousereview and all other plugins i created based on
existing orca components use a different way to register shortcuts (for compatibility reasons). The plan is
Io removed in near future and use the way what clipboard uses. Is more useful in an plugin driven
architecture. But i will take a look at it and let you know.
The second problem is that when restarting the orca, the previously disabled plugins are enabled again.
I had an similar issue here as well when i tried first time. I fixed it by remove the settingsfile. After
that it worked quite well. It never came back so i was to lazy to pin this down (or better forgot about it at
all).
Does it work for you when you use a *new* configuration? (Don’t forget to backup first)
I will see if i can improve that. The settings handling of orca is quite confusing with a lot of layers lol.
I will take a look.
Cheers chrys

to get sure you can recover if somethings bad happens.
