there is a one command in orca prefs that allows to copy current flat
review item to clipboard, not assigned by default.
if you will navigate by lines and call this command, current line will
be copied.
if you will navigate by words, current word will be copied.
also you can install the xclip package and use the following command:
somethin | xclip -selection clipboard -in
