Re: [orca-list] accessibility in java 11

hello,

it is also necessary to install libatk-wrapper-java-jni and follow the
advice of the debian wiki on the accessibility of java:
https://wiki.debian.org/accessibility

it talks about debian stretch but it works on recent versions of debian
and java.

I think the page should be updated :)

First of all, I'm sorry for the topic, which is somewhat out of the
scope of the list.

Has anyone had success running on version 11 of java applications that
use swing?

I installed the java-atk-wrapper but when running a test application I
get the following error:

Exception in thread "main" java.awt.AWTError: Assistive Technology not
found: or
g.GNOME.Accessibility.AtkWrapper

Thanks.
